The audit of the existing infrastructure, the analysis of complaints and problems - this is the beginning of cooperation with any organization, be it a home office or a transnational corporation. The audit results are summarized in standardized documentation, which is maintained up to date throughout the cooperation and is a reflection of all the work of the system administrator.
